I’ve been seeing a lot of frustrated writers around lately; I figured a little prompt drop couldn’t do any harm. Found this gem trying to come up with a story for my Science Fiction/Horror workshop.

I really like this site. There are both genre motifs/archetypes (common themes and plots found in the science fiction genre) and and more specific prompts farther down the page if you’re really stuck.
